2014 is a landmark year for this company as we will be celebrating 20 years in business.
During this time we have supplied vehicles to all sorts of businesses:

Also we have a growing number of personal lease clients. Some have used our services before in their businesses and others who have found us for the first time via our web site.
We understand that every customer is looking not only for the “Best Deal” but also to be dealt with honestly and professionally.
As well as offering straight forward good value we believe our customer service and care is personal and natural---- which is why so many customers have dealt with us for so long regardless of their differing needs.
Maybe it is because when our offices are open—they are truly open. This means that our customers ALWAYSspeak to a real person, (not a machine) they do not sit “In a Queue” waiting to be put through. Most of our staff have been working here for a good number of years –they are all properly trained and can therefore really look after our customers’ needs answer questions and solve day to day problems.
We have always been licenced by the appropriate authority (Office of Fair Trade and now the FCA)
We are members of the BVRLA and properly appointed business partners with Lex Autolease, Arval and Network.
Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 5.15pm.
If a member of our staff is not present or is unable to take your call another member of staff will either:
1) Make sure your message is passed on and that the appropriate team member can call you back.
2) Offer to assist in their absence
3) if for some reason assistance is not going to easily provided we will make sure your problems are made known to someone who can progress your enquiry in a timely fashion.
In the highly unlikely event of a real complaint we have a Complaints Procedure document on our web site to ensure that any outstanding matters are dealt with.
